I have various interests from running, I am training to run half marathons and have been working with a running coach Godfrie Mendie. He has made it possible to get back into running half marathons wihout injury. I was plagued with shin issues until he managed to work out a training and exercise program that has cleared up this long standing issue.
I am usually at Bonsor gym doing cardio/weights or attending a boot camp in the early morning hours. I have been practising squash these last few years and find it very good for cardio and to help improve my co-oridination.
Other interests include Hiking, biking and a trip to the mountains for skiing or snow shoeing. the local mountains of Vancouver are so close and make this a great adventure..
